Background
Eagleview Properties is the Residential Real Estate division of
The
Hankin Group. To launch its inaugural site we worked with GrayMatter
Creative in taking their visual design and applying it to a dynamic
site and admin tool.
Solution
We created a dynamic site with an admin tool which allows Eagleview
to independently maintain their content and add homes for sale on
an on-going basis. We also created affordability and mortgage payment
calculators that help potential buyers in determining what is affordable
to their lifestyle.

Eagleview has the ability to update their homes for sale section
and support their community by maintaining their local resource
links.
- Multi-browser DHTML site
Multi-browser compatible site for Mac & PC, matching GrayMatter
Creative’s design as close as possible.
- Admin tool
Password-restricted online admin area enabling the site’s
administrator to update their web site from any PC connected to
the web.
